    Find a program in ISO

Where can I find a windows program (Taskmgr.exe, for example) in a windows ISO?

Mount the ISO. Open Sources\install.esd with 7-Zip File Manager. You will see a set of numbered folders, each one corresponds to the index number of the version it contains. You can find out the versions and their index numbers by opening a Command Prompt (Admin) and using this command:
    dism /Get-WimInfo /WimFile:E:\Sources\install.esd
(assuming the ISO is drive E:)

The ISO may contain an install.wim rather than install.esd, you can use that in the same way.

Each of these folders contains the same directory structure as you see in an installed Windows. Taskmgr.exe is in Windows\System32.

Here's mine. Do you want me to upload a copy of it for you?

Thanks, pepanee, but I'd rather use Bree's method for the learning experience.

It was a learning experience for me too. I already knew that 7-Zip can open virtually anything that's a container for other files, such as an .exe installer (give it a .7z extension and double-click on it) or a .cab file. I'd not tried it on a .esd or .wim until you asked, wasn't surprised that it worked though.

    Yep, worked for me, too.

    Thanks greatly.
